Alvi's Drift Reserve CVC, a South African white wine, is a blend of Chenin Blanc, Viognier and Chardonnay grapes. The Reserve CVC has a beautiful pale straw yellow color. In the nose aromas of peach and apricot with subtle notes of roasted nuts and a hint of ripe melon. In the taste, the use of wood and the fruit are well balanced. The fine acids give the wine a full mouthfeel and length.
After pressing the bunches of grapes, they are fermented in French oak barrels of 300 liters, 30% of which are new.
