Alois Lageder MUS XX Pet Nat is a unique sparkling wine from the South Tyrol region in Italy. It is a "Pétillant Naturel" wine, also known as "Pet Nat", which stands for the traditional method of making sparkling wine. Unlike most proseccos, where artificial yeast and sugar are added, the MUS XXI undergoes natural fermentation in the bottle. This gives the wine a characteristic cloudiness and a subtle, stimulating bubble.
The grapes are grown biodynamically in the Dolomites. After manual harvesting, they are gently pressed and then the juice ferments naturally in the bottle, without the addition of sulphites or other artificial additives.
The MUS XXI is a fresh and lively wine with delicate aromas of flowers, citrus fruits and peach. The taste is complex and varied with hints of pineapple, grapefruit, honey and ginger. The wine has a pleasant minerality and a long, dry aftertaste.

Alois Lageder MUS XX is a delicious Italian white wine from the Alto Adige region. MUS XX is composed of the grape varieties Moscato Giallo (70%), Souvigner Gris (28%) and Manzoni Bianco (2%). The Moscato Giallo was left on the skins for one night, the Souvigner Gris was classically vinified and the Manzoni Bianco macerated for two weeks.
Recommended serving temperature between 8°C and 10°C.
