Alois Lageder Casòn Bianco is a white wine produced by Alois Lageder, a renowned winery in Alto Adige, Italy. The main component of the Casòn Bianco is the Viognier grape variety, which has matured very harmoniously in recent years and with typical character. The complementary varieties in the blend are Petit Manseng, Roussanne, Marsanne or Chenin Blanc. They all have small, thick-skinned berries in loose clusters, making them very resistant. They also have lower sugar concentrations and a good acid structure at higher temperatures.
Alois Lageder Casòn Bianco has a bright straw yellow color and offers aromas an intense bouquet, slightly aromatic, fruity and exotic spices, vanilla woody.
This white Alto Adige wine has a full taste, is rich, salty, fresh and has a very long finish.
