Agustí Torelló Mata is a renowned winery in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, in the heart of the Penedès region in Spain. The family business, founded in 1982 by Agustí Torelló i Mata, is known for the production of high-quality Cavas, made according to traditional methods with a modern twist.

Agustí Torelló Mata distinguishes itself by working exclusively with the three traditional grape varieties for Cava: Macabeo, Xarel lo and Parellada. These grapes, grown on calcareous soils in the hills around Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, give the house's Cavas their unique character and freshness. Another characteristic of Agustí Torelló Mata is the long ripening period that the Cavas spend on their groins. This results in complex and well-developed aromas, with notes of brioche, toast, citrus fruit and minerals. For example, the Brut Nature Reserva matures for at least 36 months, while the Gran Reserva cavas mature for 60 months or longer.

Agustí Torelló Mata is strongly committed to sustainable viticultural practices. The company uses natural fertilizers, pesticides and energy-saving techniques. The vineyards are certified for sustainable agriculture and the aim is to reduce the ecological footprint.
